We’ve been using this service for over a year now, and I can honestly say I have nothing but great things to say about both the people and the service. When we first started, we had a friendly guy named Ken who handled our treatments. He was amazing and always took the time to make my son laugh while working outside. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and we now have John, who has been just as fantastic. My kids have the best time with him!

First I contacted to Titan pest control for birds control in my home exhaust. Mr. J came and inspected all my home vents. He gave me reasonable quote and did the service with his team. Today again I have contacted him for another problem, Mr. J came and inspected and solve the problem.

Cristian came out for the first treatment a bit ago with another employee (showing him the ropes) and was extremely friendly and helpful! He was thorough with the work and let me know the steps in the process as he was completing my first pest treatment. I had a couple of additional areas I wanted treatment and he took care of them right away. He even explained how to look out for termites in the future to me and showed me how to identify them among other wood-bearing insects versus a type of ant. I have full confidence in this company and their pricing for the time they spend is much more reasonable than the competitors (I had multiple quotes).

I was having a recurring ant infestation around my windows. No matter what I tried they kept coming back. After Titan came by, no more ants. They were very professional and on time. Took care of the bugs with great service.

I was so impressed with the responsiveness I experienced using Titan. Everyone was so friendly and professional from my initial consult down to the numerous panicked phone calls I made during the catch period. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if necessary, I would definitely use them again. Who knew raccoons could create such damage?

They did a good job installing my holiday lights

My appointment period was estimated to be between 1&4. Unlike most businesses that give you a range, he showed up at 130 after a quick call. He answered all my questions, gave me several options to pick from and a firm estimate. I agreed to get it done asap and he had the equipment available to do it right then. The whole appointment took about 1 1/2 hrs and he was done. The estimate was better than most other’s that I’ve gotten. Very happy with the experience.
