How much do plans cost?
Plan pricing depends on the size of your property, current pest pressure, and which plan fits. We don’t publish a price online because every St. Louis home and business is different — what we charge for a 1,200 sq ft Affton bungalow won’t match a 4,500 sq ft commercial space in Sunset Hills.

Can I cancel anytime?

What if a pest comes back between visits?
Re-treatments between scheduled visits are included for any pest your plan covers — no extra charge. Just call and we’ll get someone out.
Same-day service is available with 24-hour notice in most cases.
Do I need to be home for treatments?
For most outdoor and perimeter treatments, no — we can handle it without you there. For interior treatments or first-visit inspections, we usually want someone home so we can show you what we found and what we did.
Are products safe for pets and kids?
All products are applied per label directions, by licensed Missouri pesticide applicators. Once treated areas are dry (typically 30 minutes to a few hours), they’re considered safe for re-entry per the product label.
If you have specific concerns — pregnancy, immunocompromised household members, sensitive pets — tell us at the inspection and we’ll match you with the lowest-toxicity options that still solve the problem.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Most customers start on Home Shield and move to Premium when they realize they want termite or carpenter ant coverage. Or they add Yard Guard for mosquito season. Switching is easy — call and we’ll adjust your plan.
