Is the inspection actually free?
Yes. We come to your property, identify what’s going on, and give you a written quote — at no cost and no obligation. No high-pressure sales pitch. If you decide not to move forward, that’s fine.
How fast can you get someone out?

Are treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use an Integrated Pest Management approach, applying products only where they’re needed and per label directions. For most treatments, areas are reentry-safe once products dry, typically 30–60 minutes. For flea and bed bug work, we ask pets be removed for about four hours.
If your pet has known sensitivities or your child has health conditions, mention it during the inspection — we can review which products we plan to use and adjust where appropriate.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We offer service plans, but no long-term contracts. Plans renew on an ongoing basis and you can cancel any time. Most homeowners stay because the service is working — not because they’re locked in.
What if pests come back between visits?
If you’re on a recurring service plan and a covered pest returns between scheduled visits, we come back out at no additional cost. That’s true for the entire duration of your plan.
What’s the difference between a one-time visit and a service plan?
A one-time visit handles an active issue — say, a wasp nest on your eave or a mouse problem in the basement. A service plan keeps it from coming back, with treatments timed to St. Louis seasons. Most homeowners find that bi-monthly or quarterly plan service costs less over the year than reactive one-off treatments — and it’s a lot less stressful than dealing with a repeat infestation.
