They not only had great customer service, but I had birds nesting in my chimney and they promptly came out to schedule a consultation and within the same week had them out to solve my problem. This was my first time treating mosquitoes over the spring/summer and I will use Titan EVERY YEAR. They treated my entire property including a HUGE backyard with a natural, citrus smelling oil that's safe for plants and animals. By the second visit, we were 100% skeeter free! No chiggers, no gnats... My property backs up to a lake and we were often using bug spray, citronella, all kinds of useless and toxic products just to enjoy our own yard. I think it hit me one day when I was three houses down at a neighbors and was literally swatting mosquitoes off my child. But I could be on my own deck, enjoying the lake and not have one single bug bother us.Every technician who came out was very nice, thorough, let me know when they'd be there, when they finished and were so professional. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs help with pests. I am having them keep rodents out of my garage next. Critters might be looking for somewhere warm to hideout and Titan is not going to let my garage be their hibernation hangout! I'm grateful
